SCRIB goes green in Lancashire30/10/2009
SCRIB has successfully helped schools in Lancashire go green thanks to the successful ‘Be Green and Grow’ competition run by the Blackpool Gazette.
The competition aimed to find and reward those schools who were committed to recycling and sustainability and SCRIB was pleased with the level of work put in by schools across the region.
In the end, five lucky schools received SCRIB recycling workshop days as their prize for proving their green credentials and workshops were held across Lancashire earlier at the beginning of summer.
